/ 01Is my Stripe key safe?+
Yes. MRRly uses restricted, read-only Stripe keys stored inside your own Google user properties. We never see your key, never proxy your data, and never log it. The sync runs entirely inside your Google account.
/ 02What data does it read?+
Customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges and payment intents. The minimum needed to compute MRR and detect failed charges. Nothing is written back to Stripe.
/ 03How is MRR calculated?+
Active and trialing subscriptions, normalized to a monthly amount across billing intervals (yearly / 12, weekly × 52 / 12, etc.). The formula lives in plain sight inside the Sheet, so you can audit it yourself.
/ 04Do you store my data?+
The only thing on our servers is your email, plan and Stripe customer ID, so we can verify your subscription. All synced Stripe data lives in your Google Sheet and nowhere else.
/ 05Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from the link in any Stripe receipt. Your Sheet stays yours even after cancellation. You just lose the sync.
